Mascarpone croissant The great recipe!

This mascarpone croissant will become one of the discoveries of the century. Freshly made croissant dough is almost a mystical experience that requires a lot of technique. Ingredients:

125 ml warm water

3 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese

8 gr of baker's yeast

75 gr of sugar

300 gr of strength flour

30 gr of butter

5 g of salt

How to make a mascarpone croissant:

1- This elaboration is one of the simplest that exists and the result is very worthwhile. It takes a little time to let the dough rest, but it is so easy to do that even children can help us.

2- We place the force flour in a bowl. We make a hole in the middle like a volcano. In that center we put a little salt

3- We heat the water until it is warm, it should not be very hot because it could affect the yeast and not stay as well.

4- We dissolve the baker's yeast in that glass. When it is ready we place this mixture in the center. We add the sugar.

5- It is the turn of the mascarpone, we put 3 generous tablespoons. With this base we begin to knead until we have all the ingredients well linked.

6- The dough can be created with less time using a kneader or bread maker, it is a tool that more and more kitchens have.

7- When these ingredients are well incorporated, add the butter. Create a ball that will be the ideal mascarpone croissant dough.

8- Let it rest for about two hours or until it has doubled in size. At that time we roll out the dough.

9- We cut triangles that we roll until we have the croissants ready. We are putting them in a baking dish or in the freezer if we want to have them prepared for a special occasion.

10- Turn on the oven at 180º, when it is hot, bake for about 15 minutes. We put a little icing sugar on top and serve.

11- We can fill them with Nutella, jam, butter or any ingredient that we like, they will be incredible. Dare to create a wonderful snack.
