I love making raw vegan sushi its one of my favourite go to dishes. You can make it in a variety of ways.
The way I make it is to throw the following things in the blender, I am not great with measurements! I just tend to make things to taste. For this one I threw in a couple of carrots, a parsnip, some black sesame seeds, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, tahini, a few pine nuts and a garlic clove. I then spread it out on nori sheets and filled with yellow pepper, mango and avocado. I then served with some coconut aminos (the healthier version of soya sauce).
Raw foods, aka living foods are uncooked and unprocessed. We are what we eat :)
