I just got back from an event selling raw vegan balls and healthy cakes and once I pick up the energy to make a post from the event and share all the weird and wonderful balls that I made I’m just sat down with a white and dark road chocolate heart and a purple latte.
I made the raw vegan chocolate heart by making raw vegan White chocolate using soaked cashews, melted cacao butter, and maple syrup. I let it harden in the freezer Before using half the leftover melted cacao butter and mixing it with cacao powder and maple syrup. I then layered the dark layer on top of the white layer and left in the freezer to set.
I served this treat with a purple latte which is 1 teaspoon of blue butterfly P flour powder and half a teaspoon of pink dragon fruit powder stirred with a tiny amount of boiling hot water. I then added some steamed out milk… Enjoy!
