Hello, my fellow Steemit users!
Since I haven't blogged anything in a while, today I'm going to give the ideal dish to start up the weekend: a delicious handmade bread with fresh spinach and the esteemed Italian cured ham known as prosciutto crudo.

I don't know about you, but the scent of freshly baked bread is one of the things I find most difficult to resist. Although there is a bakery close to where we live in the city, nothing beats the flavor and aroma of homemade bread. Another great thing about making it at home is that you can experiment by giving the dough different ingredients to give it a fresh flavor.

With this particular recipe, that is the situation. I chose spinach since I really wanted to incorporate some greens. But fresh spinach wouldn't give the bread enough flavor, so I added prosciutto crudo, my favorite Italian cured ham.
I must admit that I'm really pleased with the outcome, but I'll let you create it at home and let me know what you think. You don't need to be a skilled cook to make it, I promise—the recipe is incredibly simple and quick.

Here is a list of all of the ingredients that you will need for 10 small to medium-sized buns:

• 200 gr prosciutto crudo
• 250 gr fresh spinach
• 600 gr white flour
• 200 gr yogurt
• 1 tbsp baking soda
• salt
• pepper
