🛌 Night Visions

I don't dream at all. Well - I certainly do, I'm just not aware of any dreams when I wake up. Do you know how bad that is? Compared to people with very colourful, creative dreams, you feel colourless and empty...

That can be trained if you want to remember it. Tell yourself that every time you dream you wake up. Place paper and pencil next to your bed and if you wake up you write down your dream and next continue sleeping. If you practise it a bit you can write in the dark and you will be surprised what you wrote down.. next step: translate it.

Interesting suggestion ;-)) Personally, I'm struggling to get my body / mind / anything to realise that when the alarm goes off, it's time to wake up... ;-)) Otherwise I sleep so soundly that a bomb alarm would only wake me up if I got the grenade directly on my skull ;-))))

That sounds like the perfect, deep sleep that so many of us (especially me) miss out on. I think that remembering dreams means that you're wokrn up before they've finished. So maybe if you set your alarm for random periods throughout the night, you'll remember some 🙂
