Ingredients: Tuna fillet, salt, pepper, seasoning.
Mayonnaise, ketchup, or other sauce.
Cooking. Wash the steak well, dry it with a napkin, season with salt, pepper, add seasoning, rub salt, pepper and seasoning well into the steak. Let stand for a while, you need to marinate the tuna steak a little.
Put the steak on the preheated grill, set the steak mode or fish cooking.
If you don't have a grill, you can squeeze in a skillet. Heat the pan well, pour in the oil, wait for the oil to warm up, put in the steak and fry on both sides. If you have a non-stick frying pan, then you can skip the sunflower oil.
Make your favorite sauce. I didn't have sauce and didn't feel like cooking, so I took mayonnaise and ketchup.
