Harappa Museum
Historical Place
Historical Place
I am going to talk about city Harappa which is a historical city. This ancient and historic city was inhabited here about five thousand years ago. This ancient city is centuries old. It may be that there is a tyrant king here who used to oppress his people so much that the torment came from Allah Almighty on this nation and Allah Almighty destroyed them. It is also rumored that it was destroyed about seven times. As other nations settled here, they invoked the gods to see the civilization of the old people, and it turned out that they were well-educated and knew the latest technology.
Today, the government of Pakistan has taken over this ruined city and built a beautiful museum there. The things that came out of it were locked in a room so that people could come and see them.
Nowadays, if we go there, there is only a ticket for twenty rupees. The ticket price is very low which is very easy for everyone to visit.
In previous days I visit this historical city. First of all I bought ticket. Ticket price is very low. Only 20 pkr price.
When we enter there, we first buy tickets. After buying tickets, there are two beautiful plots in which people play and gossip and eat. A beautiful building has been built between these plots.
The building also contains human skeletons that were found during excavations and all their belongings that they used in their daily lives.
There are boards in places where the whole history of the courtyard is written. Everything is written about what and how it was.
There are paved roads to get there. This is for pedestrians only. Because it is strictly forbidden to take motorcycles and cars inside the museum. Everything looks beautiful as we move forward. There is also a dining canteen, which is currently closed due to COVID-19.
Going there, if we look into the distance, we will see mountains of mud that were the homes of people who have fallen to the ground. In this day and age, chairs have been set up where we can go and sit and breathe.
There are all sorts of old things about how they used to run their house. They also had a water system. Wells were dug and drains were made. The flow of water was very easy. His 5,000-year-old residence is also shown here.
Excavations have also uncovered a trench that proves that they also knew how to defend themselves.
It looks like they were living according to modern times. They also worked on clothes and their markets were open. The rooms were spacious. There is also the court of Hazrat Baba Noor Shah Waliullah which is very old. His grave is nine yards long. People come here and ask for prayers and supplications. They ask Allah through Hazrat Baba Noor Shah Waliullah. There is also a gold ring here, but if you try to steal it, it will be made of stone. I also prayed there as you see in pictures.
There is also an old mosque which suggests that the people there were Muslims and worshiped Allah Almighty.
People from all over the country come here for sightseeing and even from abroad.
It was the most famous place in our city that I told you about.
In this historical city I enjoy a lot and gain our knowledge about this place. I hope everyone want to go this amazing and beautiful historical city. I hope you all are also like this amazing place.
