This entry is a repost of the continuation of the rest of the over 50 applications banned by Google. Part one of my entry gave the list of 25 different applications and this one adds the rest of the 25 making it 50 applications banned. Applications that are not good to be used by all because of their bad nature and the presence of malware hidden in them have been found. There are a lot of them not less than 50 have been identify on Google play store.

These applications have been found to be downloaded by many and have been found that have hidden malwares in them and also can event intercept OTPs. It is suppected that the google play store if full of some of these apps with hidden malwares in them. It is therefore posing threat to android users who always download applications from the site.

Although google have put measures in place to prevent malicious applications from coming in the play store. A lot of these applications still find their ways to enter the google play store. These over 50 applications on the play store have been found to be downloaded by over 300,000.00 innocent android users.

Zscaler's ThreatLabz is one of the greatest cyber security researcher and he came out with some findings some few days ago, saying he has discovered three malware families targeting specifically phone users through malware hidden applications on the Google play store.

If you have installed any of these applications or you are yet to install these applications, then you need to think about it twice. This is because installing this applications will allow the cyber criminals to have access to your SMS, social media handles if possible and even to the extent of knowing using your data.

It has been identify by some bleeping computers that these applications have three dangerous family of malwares been familiar with coper, facestealer, joker malware. There are about 50 of these applications that have been identify to be having these malwares.

Special analyst have already informed google on the information and they have taken actions already by banning these over 50 apps however over 300,000 individual had already downloaded the applications. I will therefore request that you take a look at the apps below and if is part of you applications then you uninstall and delete it permanently.

After having a look at these applications, I will want to give more details about how these three major malwares work. However these are the rest of the 25 applications left out in my first publications.

• Coper malware

This is one of the information stealing malware know in the public. It has the ability to intercept SMS texts, send force SMS texts, login text on devices and submit all these data's to the server based to be accessed by the spy.

• Facestealer

This is one of the bad malwares to have ever exited. It is design and is common to some us trojan mostly for stealing Facebook credentials with it connection been traced to Russia. The spy ware agents will have complete access to your account, credit card information, conversations and even the the extent of searches.

• Joker malware

This is one of the major malwares that cases harm to the owners phone when downloaded in any form. it is described as "fleeceware". What makes this application dangerous is that it is able to subscribe users to paid online services without receiving authorization from the users.

This malware can also automatically click on ads which will direct it to a third party site. The ultimate danger in all this is that the malware can read OTPs from your SMS and approve those transactions without the owners notice. This can be done and the malware will again clear messages that might be deleted from these sources. So unless the owner check his account, he will not know making this one the most dangerous one.

It is very important that you uninstall these applications if you have installed them to be safe from these negative effect. If you have not installed them, the be very careful with apps you install. Check reviews of applications before installing them and also review the permissions you allow the app to access on your phone.
