It is always good to prepare your self before the day comes most especially if you know the activities you are going to undertake. It is also important plan how your day will go.

You did very well to have iron your clothes before the next day although it is something i find it difficult to do. I will encourage you to keep it up and I will learn from you.

PE is one of the courses i dislike back at the SHS level however, football PE was my favorite. Where they having the practical aspects of PE in the classroom?
