THE DIARY GAME. (24/09/2021)- MY FRIDAY ACTIVITIES

Hello family. I hope you are all doing great.
It is another day and yet another opportunity for me to share with you all how my day went.

To start with, as it is mandatory on every muslim, I observed my Fajr prayers once I woke. This was to thank Allah for blessing me with another wonderful day.
Afterwards I ironed my clothes and took my bath after which I prepared myself to leave for the Ward K Health Centre.
Surprisingly, without the clouds gathering, rain started drizzling but i couldn't wait for it to stop due to the fear of running late.

Once I got to the Health Center I waited for some of my colleagues to arrive and then we started work.
I checked the validity of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) card and recorded the details.
Alongside these I checked the temperature, Blood Pressure and Weight of Clients after which I issued the hospital card.
Once I finished issuing the hospital card I picked a folder and then recorded the client's details to be submitted to the consulting room for history taking.

After checking the vitals, I took the history of some few patients, did some examinations and issued some drugs under the supervision of the Practitioner incharge of the Health Center.

Later in the day, I helped a friend with her @Achievement1 post.
Her username is @mandeiya who is a very good writer. She promises to create great content on this platform. Please watch out for her.

We ended the day and then we all went home.
After I got home I was so tired that I had to sleep.
That is how my day went.
