(My steem expectations in @Ghana Suggested by @awauhbenjamin

Hello everyone, trust we all doing great, I feel honored to be part of this great contest. This contest has great things to offer us and gives us the directions we want steem to go and work along side with it. I must thank the leaders especially @mcsamm for coming up with this great contest.

INTRODUCTION

Now, What is Expectation, according to wikipedia,

In the case of uncertainty, expectation is event that considered the most likely to happen. An expectation, which is a belief that is centered on the future, may or may not be realistic. A less advantageous result gives rise to the emotion of disappointment.

The definition made mention of some advantages, of course we all want steem to move to the next level and this is my expectation or how I want steem to go in the near future.

1. Steem offices here in Ghana and beyond- Well social media is basically an interaction between people online, so one will ask what will opening up offices add up to steem. In a recent news, twitter are planning to have one of their headquarters here in Ghana. And do we actually know what this will bring to the twitter platform. Of course the advantage's are numerous as many Ghanaian users will feel more secured to join the platform, so if Steem is to open up offices in the country, it will attracts more people to join the platform and invest as well, as many people have doubt when it comes online businesses. People can walk in anything to inquire anything anytime they want and it will create more employment opportunities for some people as well, I believe leaders here can consider this and plan towards achieving that.

• My next expectations is to see steem as an acceptable medium of exchange across the world. We can never deny the fact that , we are indeed living in the digital world. With the introduction of crypto which is widely accepted by many countries for transactions, however Ghana and some most countries don't support this, So my expectation in the future is to see steem being accepted just as we have accepted Mobile money system to operate within the country. To bitterest my point, lets ask ourselves how easy will it be for us if we could easily get somewhere to trade our monies easily. Just as momo agent have spread all over the country, I expect steem to have similar idea like that where people will have easiest way of exchanging their steem earned. Not to downplay the effort of our changer @anaman, but I look out for when the number of users increases in Ghana. So I expect steem to operate just as mobile money is operating.

• My last points has to do with increase number of users: Lets ask ourselves if all this expectations are to happen and our number doesn't increase, we won't see the change steem have for us. Steem work with people and without people steem is not there. So I expect this community for that matter #steemghana community to embark on more promotional campaigns to enhance our number. This will bring a lot of investors on board thereby ensuring steem surpasses other social media platforms. We can develop a strategy to embark on this promotional campaigns, we can award users who bring more people on board. @mcsamm has even started doing this and I expect this to continue.

CONCLUSION
I believe steem has a lot that we should expect but all this will happen through our collective effort. We must all at least try and support the community in whatever means we can especially getting involve in promotional activities. Steem has a lot to offer us and we must continue to expect greater things.
