The Diary Game 9/09/21-Vacation is Over, Back To School, My Activities Today

The pandemic has interrupted academic schedules, making it more and more difficult to get things accomplished on time. Teachers in double track schools have been forced to take longer vacations because of this. Since we've been out of school for three months, it's finally time to go back. A lot of work needs to be done before the next break. Earlier today, I had to get up early in order to make it to school on time for a lesson with my students at 7:30.

When I arrived at the bus terminal, there were a lot of people, but I was fortunate to have obtained a car on time. I arrived at school on schedule and began my first session at 7:30 a.m. The second lesson began at 9:25 a.m., immediately after the first. Even though there was no practical work to be done, I decided to do it in the computer lab.

When students return to school after a break, it's usually a good idea to help them memorize their prior work. As a result, students are able to renew their minds and remember what they have learned. As a result, this week, I chose to spend the first hour answering questions to help them recall relevant previous knowledge before introducing the new topic for the semester, as specified in the scheme of work for this semester's class.

The four-hour lesson was over at 11:25 a.m. I was exhausted from the four-hour engagement facilitating students learning. My next stop was the Ecobank Lab, where I planned to relax for a while and perform some routine maintenance on the computers. A busy day has passed.
