Your Vote Is Worth Something, No Matter How Small It is, Use it, Help others on Steemit

Creating good content and sharing it with others on Steemit is enjoyable and rewarding, but it can be demoralizing to see your post still at $0.00 after spending so much time on it. It's one of the reasons why some people leave after their first and subsequent posts yield no results. They completely lose interest and the desire to continue.

Every newcomer on Steemit has undoubtedly experienced this, thanks to the newcomers community, which assists newbies in obtaining start-up votes to begin on Steemit as they progress through a series of achievement posts. Even those who are successful in their achievement task will face the challenge of no upvotes in their subsequent post.

This is a problem because many steemians have failed to recognize the value of their upvotes and how they can be of great assistance to others and themselves. They believe their vote is insignificant in comparison to the powerful curators in the steem ecosystem.

There is value in every upvote, no matter how small, and can be a huge motivation for every author to keep writing and not give up. As of now, my vote weight is $0.07 at 100%, which is barely a a dollar. Imagine what all the minnows and dolphins in every community can do by combining their small votes together. When we work together, we will be stronger, and we will be able to reward others better.

Withholding your tiny vote of $0.001 or $0.02 would not benefit anyone, not even yourself, as you may lose curation benefits. By upvoting others and giving them my modest cents, I also help myself increase my steem power since this activity rewards me in Steem power. Steemit is a win-win situation for everyone, and no one loses.

Use your modest votes to make every author feel appreciated on Steemit by rewarding their hard work. It's important to remember that if we want to make our communities self-sustaining, we will need to work together with our small votes and delegate some amount of our steem power to get there.

Thank you sir @steemcurator01, we can all help build a stronger Steemit platform and a great community if all steemians decide to work with the little they have, nothing is too small. I appreciate the support

Yes, you're absolutely right brother. Newcomer must bear on their minds with these saying "PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE". Keep going and going and you'll find that gem rewards one foot apart.

We all need to have this common understanding of how we can work together to be great

My pleasure, I have been promoting Steem to young entrepreneurs, I see the steem Entrepreneurs as a great community that will be a nice place for those that I will sign up in future, I also look forward to working together with you in promoting Steem and making it great, I have seen how you are working tirelessly in the community giving out your all, well done senior

Best regards, every drop counts, it is good advice because many only comment and do not vote and you have to give gracefully what you receive from grace so we can make this platform grow

I hope everyone gets your message here, receiving out of grace should make make us also give gracefully. Thanks for this comment
