This week, I bring you one of the best beverages enjoyed on the hot sunny days of ours. One of which is sold in restaurants but then can be made in our very kitchens with just a few ingredients and also a little of "something special" to create a variety of flavors.
Dubbed Crema de Los Americanos, I bring you the favored BANANA SMOOTHIE.
Origin and Brief Introduction
The Smoothie is believed to have been invented by the Americans and is now popularized in so many restaurants as a very well-preferred desert. It is very healthy and very convenient to be taken at any time of the day, especially in the afternoon. This is due to the variety of fruits used which contain so many vitamins good for the growth and development of the body.๐ช๐โ

It can be noted that smoothies are made from the preference of the person taking them in, and so there are a lot of varieties of smoothies available to be enjoyed by anyone. It must be known also that smoothies are really quick to make and can be made in a speck of time.

Ingredients for Banana Smoothie๐๐
The Banana Smoothie is very quick to make, at most 5-7 minutes, and one of the most popular amongst the Smoothie Family. Let's take a look at the ingredients.
- Banana(Riped ones are highly recommended for a creamier and tastier smoothie)
- 1/2 size of an orange for flavor.
- 1/3 cup of greek yogurt(can be homemade but I suggest you get that from the mall, wouldn't be so expensive)
- 1/4 cup of milk.
- 1 or 2 teaspoons of honey(optional but recommended).
How To Prepare Banana Smoothie
Roughly chop the banana and orange into little pieces into the blender.
Top up with your yogurt, milk, and honey.
Blend till you see a creamy mixture.
Closing Remarks
This is one of the beverages that can serve as a desert, one to be shared with a beloved or friends at the beach, or even a picnic. Also, it can be taken in the hot afternoon to quench your thirst. It really has a lot of vitamins as mentioned already like Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B-6, and trace elements.
