WHAT I LEARNT FROM AN INVESTOR YESTERDAY

I had stop over Mike’s house to discuss some business stuff, when I met him on his suit, looking simple but smart.

He explained he has a meeting to attend to.
"Tag along. We will discuss as we move." He offered.

By 11:30am, we were at Five stars hotel to meet his client.

Observing social etiquettes, I offered to hold on to his phone which he agreed. Salient points for the discussion were arranged in his mini iPad.

At exactly 12pm, the client arrived and the meeting began, while I help myself with a cool drink.

The conversation was going on well until I overheard the mention of a huge sum of money.

The money Opor! E choke!

I beautifully pushed my seat close.😜

Mike is a business guru, but this amount big!

The Engr. bargained, but someone's son only agreed to slash #5k off the initial price. That’s the best I can do, he said reclining.

Observing his reluctance in slashing the price, the man agreed to pay.

Before I could say Jack, alert danced into his phone. That was the end of the meeting.

Curious on what they discussed, he explained the Engr. needed clarifications on the business plan he had.

He wants to validate the profitability of his business plan. He only did few explanations and calculations. Chikina!

“Do you not know that when a man with money meets a man with experience, the man with the experience ends up with the money, and the man with the money ends up with the experience?

Sit your ass down and learn the rope.

You are not wasting your time. Someday, it will pay off.

Learn. Practice. Gain mastery.” He adviced.
You will be fine!
