Be Mindful of Emotional Abuse

Words are powerful and words are sharp. Words can be sharper than a brand new knife that you may have just brought in from the market to us. Knifes hurt and heal probably without leaving a scar but words wound and bleed and leave lasting effects which may never heal.

In our day-to-day activities, we go about saying anything anyhow however it pleases us without really taking the time to think of the receiving party. In the world today depression is killing a whole lot because we are all in a frenzy, a rat race to amass wealth and riches stepping on the minds of the young and intelligent brain along the way in ways they may never recover from.

The university which was meant to host universal education is now a pressure cooking machine, students can fathom and teachers don't teach, a whole lost of things goes on in there to the extent of people using their power and authority to demand sexual pleasures in exchange for rewards in their academics. Why won't people be depressed?

Parents do not have enough time for their kids and when they finally get to be with them they should out them throughout the entire day till the child wishes they were alone, they grow up feeling afraid all the time, afraid to try, afraid to fail, afraid of not matching up, they stand to depend on others and follow the crowd without making their own way.

Eventually, things go haywire and things get worse it they get fed of this life and then they end up ending their lives living sad messages for us to find. The worse part of this is that we see them walk around, in pain and all that but we do not even approach or make the effort to help till they pass away.
