The diary game: My Tuesday activities, powercuts : 27-04-21

Hi steemians..it's great to share with you what went on today too.
I woke up around 4am today because there was a power cut and the heat was unbearable(I'm going home soon).
My day started around 7am when I heard a bang on my door. It was @blayforson; our exam was gonna start in two hours time.
We solved some past exam questions from the same lecturer( we were trying our luck; he might bring similar questions). After about an hour of solving the questions, @solomina joined. He had already solved everything😂. We ate and waited for the questions to drop.

The questions came around 9:17am and surprisingly and luckily, most of the questions we solved had repeated(you guessed right).
And you know the drill, 😉🤭, we didn't waste any time... I mean, who doesn't like easy tests. Initially, we were dead worried and anxious about the questions that would drop, so it kinda was a plus for us when we got some repeated questions which carried bigger scores or marks too. @njaywan didn't show up today too but I know he did it with ease too.

After the exam, @solomina went to his hostel but I went out with @blayforson to repair my bicycle, the front tyre had a puncture.. had to buy a new one.

I later came home to make bean stew but the power went off right after I got home so I had to wait..
The power came back around 6:20pm. So I hurried to blend my stuff before they took the power again.

Time was almost up for the Champions League match between Madrid and Chelsea after I finished cutting and blending the vegetables so I left my hostel to watch it.
I met @blayforson and @tsikata there; @nanaagyei also joined later.
I'm a fan of Manchester United but I still can't tell why I was jubilating when Chelsea scored.. like wth!😂 I guess I hate Madrid more than I hate Chelsea.

Well, the first half wasn't even done and poof!, the lights went out again.
Out of frustration, we left the place. I wandered around with @blayforson for quite some time; we later departed after we got tired.
I got home and the lights were still not back on so I made a call with my friend to beat time(wanted to finish making the stew before sleeping).
The power came back around 10:12pm. I was glad though but still frustrated.
I got back to what I was doing earlier(my stew) and finished it. I finished around 12:28am

I was actually tired after this but I still managed to play some games....
