Your Comments and Votes Count, Don't Just Post Content

The steem ecosystem needs certain ingredients to function well. Interaction within the ecosystem is key to the growth our community The activities is the community is becoming one sided (ie posting) which is not helping the community to grow. My observations so far, have been that, we post and wait for the big whales 🐋and other curators to vote on our post and that iz it and nothing more. After posting we do not border to find out who has posted not alone vote and leave some comments. But you all agree with me that when we properly engage the community to an appreciable limits we will benefit from it. The other aspects which we failed to do is commenting, promotion of steem and voting.

These aspects which is everybody's responsibility have been left for some few people to do. Commenting on people post, up-voting people post go a long way to increase one's reputation and also bring the needed engagement in the community.

No matter your steem power, you just up-vote and leave some positive comments on peoples post and by doing this members participation would even increase. When it comes to promoting steem, it should be everybody's responsibility to promote it and to ensure that we bring on board business and individuals who are ready to invest in steem.

Ladies and gentlemen, the members are the key stakeholder of the community and thus, our activities greatly affects the growth of the community. Let's start commenting, embark on promotional activities and also vote. Even for the community of the month support the steemit team takes into consideration how community members angage their community and other factors before they settle on a community.

Let's do well to build a stronger community to the benefit of all members here. I'm strongly of the view that whoever reads this post will come on board and start participating fully in all the activities that will make this community one of the active communities in the steemit ecosystem.
