Staff meet up to discuss issues since the form two's gold is going home today.

The headmistress thank each and everyone for their successful work done during the semester especially the form two's gold teachers.

Business of the day

The headmistress elaborate on the following;

Review of calander for senior high schools where the form two green will report on 1st June, 2021. Form one green will also vacate on 15th of June 2021. She told teachers since the fire outbreak which occurred month ago, the school have received donations form entities.

Old students donated an amount of 20,000gh to the school.

Affected students were given Note Books and Exercise books. School made 300 exercise books and 500 note books which is to be given to affected students. And the school has decided to give them textbooks as well. All from the amount that was given to the school from the old students.

The headmistress also talk about students Behaviours. Where she said some students attacked colleagues day students in the night when they come to study. So she entreat all teacher to keep an eye on that.

Headmistress done with the her issues. Headmaster of Academic also talk about some few issues to teachers. His issues were;

Conduct of teachers and Semester reports(Terminal Report).
He said,
All subjects teachers from today to 6th of June 2021 should finished with their reports . Entry of Mark's 7th june to 10 june for house Masters/Mistress.

He also said weekend test Will be conducted to final year students to prepare them to their final exam. Which will starts on 5th June on every Saturdays.

Other matters arises and the meeting ended.
The school father end us with prayers. But before the prayers he encourage teacher to observe students that are of bad behaviours, so he can see to it to suspend students of bad behaviours.

When school closed, I came home have some rest and get something to eat. I slept sometime and when I wakeup it was pass time when we have steem-ghana Virtual meeting. So I joined in later.
Leaders in our community chaired the meeting @njaywan, @nattybongo. A very big thanks to leaders and steemians for making it successful.
