Drug abuse damages men’s health, leading to addiction, brain changes, heart issues, liver disease, mental illness, and weakened immune function. Treatment involves therapy, medication, and support. TRT can help hypogonadal men improve testosterone levels, which may reduce diabetes risk and enhance insulin sensitivity for better health. The oral testosterone treatment can improve insulin sensitivity and blood sugar control in hypogonadal men, reducing the risk of developing diabetes.
