Ghanaian referee, Charles Bulu, collapsed while officiating the African Cup of Nations qualifier between Ivory Coast and Ethiopia on Tuesday in Abidjan.
The referee collapsed in the 80th minute of the encounter forcing the game to be called off with the home side leading 3-1.

Bulu was seen slowly walked by the players towards medical staff before closing his eyes and falling to the ground.
The ref received medical attention on the pitch before being stretchered off, and taken to a local hospital for examination and proper treatment.

Bulu was called in to officiate the match after the referee who was originally assigned to manage the game tested positive for COVID-19.
Let's wish him a quick recovery

This is the 11th time (yes, I've counted) - I thought you might have changed your ways after the repeated warnings. I'm disappointed to see you haven't.

Sorry this one was missed @steemcurator01.
But it seems new plagiarists troop in everyday. I will see if we can get someone to solely monitor the area of plagiarism like the great work @the-gorilla has been doing. I am sure with our combined efforts, we will get rid of this problem.
Thank you for drawing our attention to this.

There's been quite a lot of overlap with World of Football on this one so many have been dealt with. I honestly thought lovedoctorjunior had stopped but sadly not. I definitely need more plagiarism helpers, that's for sure!

We try to get rid of all such posts as community admins/mods. Unfortunately, some of these posts are likely to get rewarded before they are reached and dealt with. I can see from your league table that you have tackled a good number of offenders. I will surely support you in this endeavor in battling content abuse.

👍 Unfortunately, I've just smashed so many downvotes out that I've ruined my upvoting power for the next 2-3 days at least. I didn't realise that's how it worked.
Only 37% voting power left and I'd worked patiently to get it up to 60% over the past week with the aim of reaching 90% before long. I'm going to need to stop voting 😥

Now you know :)
This might help next time:
You have 10 free 100% upvotes and 2.5 free 100% downvotes per day. Of course, one can use more sometimes, but then you may have to wait a few days to reach 100% again.

I didn't realise that if I kept downvoting, I'd lose my upvote power. This makes me sad. 2.5 @ 100% downvotes per day is going to be tough going. I guess that means I get 12 x 100% downvotes if I stop upvoting people. Good to know though. A weekend without voting is on the agenda.
Effective though - https://steemit.com/@ghaffar093/posts

Many more users are now posting plagiarism on Steemit in the most confidential way. Many plagiarism posts have increased compared to the past. Many are being caught, and some are not. In this way, the actual users are being hindered from their proper evaluation. I saw the Steemit analysis of 2016, then if any post was made, they would immediately comment on the same content link from the @cheetah account. Due to which everyone would post with caution.
And all the posts that were plagiarism were lowered user reputation from @steemcleaner account. Due to which everyone refrained from posting plagiarism. I have been able to know as much as by doing Steemit Analysis of the past.
But I don't know why they have been released. This is the decision of the entire Steemit Team. But I think bots like @cheetah and @steemcleaner need to be brought back. Because now a lot more plagiarism is being posted.
You will be even more surprised to see that a new user has started posting plagiarism after entering Steemit. I am giving a screenshots of @steemcurator03.
The Steemit Team must look at the matter to see if a robot can be hired to sort out the plagiarism posts.

I'm finding things rather demoralising and am also finding posters who have been at it for years. Some are applying for delegations in order to boost their accounts which is going to make my job harder. If we all work together, particularly community admins, I firmly believe we can beat it. Some just require educating, others are doing it repeatedly without remorse.
But I do think that if a community admin continues to ignore plagiarism, their community should be closed (I mean repeated ignorance - World of Football and World of Cricket get an unfair level of plagiarism which they're trying to fight. fur-friends couldn't give a ****).
The problem is predominantly newer accounts, many tagging their friends who introduced them who are also plagiarists.
I've decided that fighting the plagiarism is worth whatever risk there is to my account and reputation in the hope that if I do get smashed - then sttemcurator01 and steemchiller who have been very supportive can rectify things. If they can't, then I guess at some point, I'm f******

@around-theworld - I've been tracking a number of plagiarists since joining and have been sharing my findings in the hope and expectation that action is taken (especially hopeful that the action is rehabilitation). My latest update is here - https://steemit.com/plagiarism/@the-gorilla/6u8ovr-steemit-plagiarism-premier-league
Would you be happy to tag me when you identify plagiarism and I'll add them to the list and continue to track them? I know I'm a relative newbie still and I'm pleased with the traction that my efforts have achieved so far but as you say, it's a significant problem that has consequences for genuine authors like myself.
