Hello Steemians,
I visit the gym to keep fit and add some muscles to the body.
Fitness is one thing to consider when it comes healthy life or healthy living.
Being fit prevents you from some casual sickness. Casual sickness can be caused as a result of lack of exercise. Therefor I make it a point to visit the gym at least four times in the week.
Because I want to put on weight I have been lifting weight regularly'. And also do home work outs on days I'm not able to go to the gym.
Mostly I go to the gym twice in the day morning and evening.
One thing to consider when it comes to gyming is rest. enough rest is required to stay fit and healthy. when enough rest is attained the body relaxes the muscles that was contracted in the process of gyming.
