Hi steemians, hope you are doing good?
On my first day at the gym when I walked into the Gym, I went to my friend who has been to the gym for over 5years to help me since I was new at the Gym and I'm also not familiar with the exercises.
My friend was deadlifting that made me terrified. He made made started with the bumbbell to arm workouts while lifting the bumbbell I nearly dropped it on my foot. This made me intimidated. But I gathered courage and continued what i was doing.
After the arm workout , he asked me bench the bar alone without adding any weight to it since I'm a beginner
After five reps of benching we clossed for the day.
Even though it was stressful but I really enjoyed the workouts.
