Contest: My Anticipation for Steem Ghana Community In The Next 2-4 Months by @massachussets

Hello Greetings Lovely people of Steem Ghana, I hope we all are doing great today. Thanks so much to @silencewan for putting up this great contest which is My Anticipation for Steem Ghana Community In The Next 2-4 Months. This is indeed another great contest produced which will at the end of the submissions help us learn more and derive some ideas from it for the betterment of this our wonderful community.

Before i start my submission to the contest i want to commend the hard works of all the country reps, moderators and active members who see to the day to day activities of the community and also help newbies and everyone on board. Now with regards to this topic, i must say steem Ghana was the second community i joined right after i joined the newcommers community because as an individual you always need to go where you are appreciated, moving forward i realised that steem was based on that because some communities were there if you had no recognition, no matter the quality of post you make no one would even dare to give you an upvote so i decided to come back home just as the popular saying goes theres no place like home In fact the atmosphere made me feel at home, even if not for anything someone would pass by your post to give you an encouraging comment and an upvote no matter how small or insignificant it is. Well this was just by the way, Lets get to the contest. Like i always do i will be stating my anticipation in paragraphs below. Enjoy!!

My first anticipation for the steem Ghana community in the next 2-4 months time is that i see it reaching its milestone of 20,000 Steem power which i know is not something very great but as the saying goes little drops of water makes a mighty ocean. Reaching the milestone of 20,000 steem power is still far better than 17,687 SP we have as at now because with the 17,687 SP steem Ghana can give its members an upvote of 0.4 but with the 20,000 SP we can be able to give a upvote of 0.7 when voted with 100%. This will help users in a long run and also motivate us to write more post thereby increasing the engagement in the community which can also win us the community support we all are praying for.

Away from the increase in steem power, another thing i see steem Ghana achieving in the next 2-4 months is an increase in the membership of steem Ghana. Currently as of the time of writing this post steem Ghana has a total of 1,827 subscribers which out of it we have 184 active posters in the community which is quite not very impressive as compared to other communities here. Looking at the rise of steem promotion in Ghana, i see a very sharp increase in members in the next 2-4 months, i see the community reaching 1900-2000 target soon in the next 2-4 month. I also anticipate that in the next months the community engagements will also increase and hopefully we can get the community month
support.

Since the contest was very clear that in the next 2-4 months, I will conclude with my last submission because most of my goals for the steem Ghana community are long term goals. With my last anticipation, I see the steem Ghana community as one of the renowned communities on steem which also helps the poor and needy in the society. I must use this opportunity to thank @njaywan who created the ghanacare charity foundation which seeks to eradicate poverty in Ghana, @nattybongo who also created the bettervision which is also a charity foundation that helps people who have problems with their vision for free.

These are all individual based foundation, i see steem Ghana also having a charity foundation that steemians around Ghana who are needy could get help or provide scholarship schemes for brilliant but needy students. Looking at the steem Ghana community we have a lot of brilliant students here but find it difficult to pay for their fees and other educational materials. I really wish this my anticipation comes to past because the steem life is not the same for everyone. May We All Be Great.
