Palm wine is very common in our communities
To prepare palm wine it has a very nice local way
One the palm tree has to be on the floor and a hole is created at the top .the wine will drain.the wine then will be in a Barron for about five days,its then put in Barron on fire.
This is how it will be put in barron for five days
The wine that was put in the Barron is like this.pipeis connecting the Barron and part of the pipe will put in water.so when the vapour from the pipe in the water cools it down and the water that will come is akpetashi in a local language.
