Greetings to you all.
According to the academic board and the academic committee of University For Development Studies, there will not be examination time table for the end of first semester examinations since the examination is going to be online.
ever since we were admitted to the school this step was never taken before, so I and my course mates ie computer science students decided to meet on the 17/04/21 so that we can plan on how to schedule our r time table for the exam.
This meeting is supposed to start at 9:00am, since we have to attend to some personal duties in the in our various hostels.
The meeting being so important to me, I was able to reach the meeting ground at 8:47am. As at that time most of my colleagues wasn't in which we have to wait for them.
We commenced the meeting at exactly 9:00am even though some members have not yet arrived. They later joined us and everything went as planned.
After the successful meeting, It was fun all over the place. I took some pictures with friends.

I proceeded to the town to buy some food stuffs.
A successful meeting it was.
