Hey! greetings to you all,
Exercising is something I love doing a lot, so I always start my day at the gym and end my day sometimes at the gym.
Exercising is a good thing to do everyday since you burn calories and regulate your body temperature. It keeps person happy and healthy always, it enables one to think and act smart.
Today at 6:00 am, I walked to the gym center to burn some calories and build muscles.
I started by doing push ups to build the upper part of my body. I did three different push ups.
After the push ups I went on to do bench press to build my chest, afterwards I trained my arms.
I ended the days training by doing squatting to build up the lower part of the body.
Exercising is a good thing to do so try doing it everyday.
