I hope you are all well and enjoying all the blessings, then life is very busy, friends, I get up early in the morning and go to the mosque, after going to the mosque, I come back home to pray I recite Qur'an then.
Morning Walk:
Early to bed and early to rise make men healthy wealthy and wise.after that i go for a walk then it is very useful for morning and after that i go back home for breakfast then i enjoy tea.
Potato chickpeas:
Potato chickpeas are very useful for human health. Eating them keeps a person healthy.
Nutrition comparison:
Both russet potato and chickpeas are high in potassium.
Chickpea is a great source of calcium, iron and protein.
Chickpea is an excellent source of dietary fiber.
Russet potato has 6.7 times less sugar than chickpea.
Russet potato has more Vitamin B6, however, chickpea contains more folate.

Method:
Friends, first you have to boil the potatoes, then you have to boil the chickpeas too. Then cut all the vegetables into small pieces.Grab the yogurt and mix green chilli with water. Then you mix the salt and Powder misala into the potato cheakpeas and the potato chicks are ready to eat.
