Steve Jobs was the co-founder and CEO of Apple. This tech billionaire passed away at the age of 56 from pancreatic cancer.

I reached the pinnacle of success in the business world. In other people's eyes, my life is the epitome of success. However, aside from my work, I have little joy. In the end, wealth is only a fact of life that I am accustomed to.
At this moment lying on a sick bed and recalling my whole life, I realised all the recognition and the wealth I took so much pride in, have paled and have become meaningless to me in the face of my impending death.
You can employ someone to drive your car for you, work and make money for you. But you cannot employ someone to bear the sickness in your body for you. Material things lost from you can be found. But there is one which when lost can never be found; Life. Your life.

When a person goes to the operating room, he will realise that there is one book he must complete reading, that is the book of a healthy and a balanced life. Whichever stage of life we are in right now, with time, we will definitely face the day when all the curtains will come down on us.
Treasure love for your family, love for your friends and loved ones, love for your spouse.
Treat yourself well and learn to cherish others. As we grow older and therefore wiser, we slowly come to realise that;
wearing a $300 or a $30 dollar watch does not give you a special privilege with time. Because they both tell us the same time. And give us the same opportunities everyday.

Whether a $30 or a $300 purse or handbag, the amount of money inside is the the same. Whether we drive a $150,000 or a $500,000 car, the road and the distance to travel is the same.
Whether we drink wine from a $30 or a$300, the hangover in the next morning is the same.
Whether we live in a small house or a giant house, loneliness will remain the same.

You will realise that having the material things and mone do not guarantee true inner peace.

Whether you fly business class or. economy, should the plane fall into the sea, you will be also die or go down with it.
Therefore I hope you realise that when you have mates, buddies and families and friends, brothers and sisters, who you usually chat with, talk with, walk with, laugh and cry with.
