Muchas de nosotras estamos en una constante lucha con nuestra piel cuando estamos creciendo, en mi caso con acné que a consecuencia va dejando machas, cuando pequeña tuve “lechina” como le decimos en Venezuela y me quedaron aún más marcas, parte que tengo piel grasa, hay algunos días que la tengo super suave y linda y otros días que no tanto, pero aun así la debemos amar y cuidar. Para cada caso siempre buscamos alternativas de skincare caseras o con productos de farmacias.

Many of us are in a constant struggle with our skin when we are growing up, in my case with acne that as a result leaves marks, when I was little I had "lechina" as we say in Venezuela and I had even more marks, part that I have oily skin, there are some days that I have it super soft and beautiful and other days not so much, but still we must love and care for it. For each case we always look for homemade skincare alternatives or with drugstore products.

Estos son los productos que comúnmente uso| These are the products I commonly use

Agua micelar: que nos ayuda a tonificar, hidratar y refrescar nuestras piel sin irritarla, yo uso de la marca Eucerin.

Micellar water: it helps us to tone, moisturize and refresh our skin without irritating it, I use Eucerin brand.

Carbón activo: sirve para exfoliar, absorbe impurezas y toxinas, super recomendado para pieles grasas. ¡La que use es de la marca biore, si consiguen natural mucho mejor!

Activated charcoal: it serves to exfoliate, absorbs impurities and toxins, super recommended for oily skin, the one I use is from the brand biore, if you can get natural much better!

jabón neutrogena: me ayuda a secar el acné.

neutrogena soap: helps me to dry my acne.

foreo: es el aparato fucsia, tiene varias velocidades que nos ayuda cuando estamos aplicando el carbón activo para tener un mejor resultado de exfoliación.

La mascarilla que por los momentos estoy aplicando para reducir manchas es el limón con miel de abeja, como ya dije, aclara la piel, ¡pero como en todo tenemos que ser constantes! Realmente me ha ayudado mucho, de hecho, por las noches suelo aplicarme un gel de aloe vera, pero en estos momentos se me acabo y cuando tengo el tiempo de dejármelo en el día un rato aplico aloe natural frio.

The mask that I am currently applying to reduce spots is lemon with honey, as I said, it lightens the skin, but as in everything we have to be constant! It has really helped me a lot, in fact, at night I usually apply an aloe vera gel, but right now I'm running out and when I have the time to leave it on during the day for a while I apply cold natural aloe.

Chicas deben estar muy pendientes de seguir bien los pasos y por último quitar la mascarilla con abundante agua ya que si luego vamos a salir no queremos que la piel se manche con el limón al exponernos al sol, y por supuesto en nuestro día a día no puede faltar el protector solar para así evitar enfermedades en la piel y que esta se oscurezca. ¡Un dato curioso y que muchas no saben es que también se recomienda usar el protector solar si estamos en casa ya sea de día por los rayos de la luz del sol que entran por las ventanas o de noche por la luz eléctrica y luz del celular, y si! Sorprendente, pero si hace efecto en nuestra piel.

Lo primero que hago es lavar muy bien mi rostro con el jabón neutrogena, muy importante es tener a la mano una toalla limpia, que sea solo uso exclusivo para nuestra cara, limpiamos restos que puedan quedar con agua micelar y algodón, luego colocamos a hervir agua y lo colocamos en un bolt y colocamos la cara a una distancia que no nos vaya a quemar, solo queremos que el vapor abra los poros para tener un mejor skincare. Colocamos en la palma de la mano el carbón y lo frotamos hasta formar espuma y con la ayuda de nuestro foreo vamos dando movimientos en redondo.

Mescle la miel con el limón y lo coloque en la cara por 10min. Luego lo retire con abundante agua y para finalizar me frote un cubo de hielo en todo el rostro para asi cerrar por poros y que no nos salgan puntos negros tan rápido.

Esta mascarilla la hago dos veces por semana, pero el bajo de neutrogena lo uso dos veces por día, y el agua micelar cada vez que me voy a desmaquillar.

Yo siempre empiezo por mis cejas, para eso necesito una brocha pequeña y finita y una sombra marrón no tan oscura porque no me gustan muy marcadas, las maquillo alrededor y luego con el cepillo de cejas las peino para difuminar y rellenar el resto.

I always start with my eyebrows, for that I need a small and thin brush and a not so dark brown shadow because I don't like them very marked, I make up around them and then with the eyebrow brush I comb them to blend and fill in the rest.

Luego con una brocha y base o corrector las delineo alrededor para darles un mejor acabado, con el mismo producto aplicamos en las partes que llamamos imperfecciones para cubrir y sellamos con polvo compacto.

Then with a brush and foundation or concealer I outline them around to give them a better finish, with the same product we apply in the parts that we call imperfections to cover and seal with compact powder.

Elijo mi sombra favorita por siempre jajaja un color naranja, la verdad va muy bien con mi tono de piel, lo aplico y difumino y más cerca del lagrimal aplico una sombra brillante, aplico la marcada de pestañas o rímel.

I choose my all time favorite shade hahaha an orange color, it really goes well with my skin tone, I apply it and blend it and closer to the tear tones I apply a shiny shade, I apply the lash line or mascara.

Y como ultimo toque aplico el iluminador la parte lagrimal con una brocha que es redonda en la punta y en los pómulos y debajo de las cejas con una brocha plana, me suelto el cabello, ¡me pongo un lindo vestido y estoy lista! Me encantan este tipo de concursos, inspiran a cuidar mas de tu cutis. Es muy importante tener todas las brochas limpias siempre.

And as a final touch, I apply the highlighter on the tear trough with a round brush on the tip and on the cheekbones and under the eyebrows with a flat brush, I let my hair down, put on a nice dress and I'm ready!
