Ingredients
200g rice
500g chicken
25ml oil
1 onion
400ml water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tomatoes
3 green chilies
1 tsp crushed ginger
1 tsp garam masala
Instructions
1- Take 200g rice in a bowl and soaked in water for 15 minutes and take 500g chicken.
2- Put the cooking pot on stove and add 25ml oil and add 1 onion. Cook until onion give brown color.
3- Now add 100ml water. Add 500g chicken.
4- Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric,1 tsp garam masala,3 green chilies,2 tomatoes.
5- Cook for 10-15 minutes.
6- Now add 300ml water and wait for 2-3 minutes.
7- Add rice 200g rice and cook until the water is absorbed.
8- Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
9- Serve with homemade Raita and Salad and enjoy.
