Congratulations on seeing me again today @ ami92, this time I want to share a delicious fast break snack recipe that is Klepon (boh rom-rom).

This snack menu is one of the most sought after by locals in the area where I live near breaking the fast, in addition to its delicious taste and chewy texture, as it is made from the main ingredient. glutinous rice flour, this klepon snack is also a quick and nutritious snack perfect for Steemians who have been fasting all day to reduce their hunger.

The way to do it is also quite simple and very practical, namely the following;

Material to prepare

1 packet of glutinous rice flour.
3 ounces of brown sugar.
Lukewarm water to taste
Salt to taste.
1 dried coconut.
Green food coloring to taste.

How to process it

1 ) Mix the flour with the salt and green food coloring.

2 ) Then gradually add water while kneading until smooth and round.

3 ) Cut the brown sugar to taste.

4 ) When the flour is rounded, flatten it slightly to add the brown sugar.

5 ) Then bring the water to a boil, once the water has boiled, add the dough filled with brown sugar and cook until the dough floats on the surface.

6 ) After floating, lift and insert into grated coconut and press flat until all surfaces of the dough are covered.

7 )Then serve with hot coffee or tea when the fast is interrupted to make it even more delicious.
