Although today is Saturday. And according to the dynamic contest, today I will share recipe oh home made Pakoriyan. This recipe is important because It is made into home by my self own. And home made thing is always pure. Because there is no mixture in it. And that's why it is unique and pure.
Well vegetables or other things that are made in home is always pure and without any mixture. Me and my sister in law prepared these Pakoriyan. And we all family members love this Especially me. I also eat this without bread(Roti)
So Let's Started!
But before that we have to look at Ingredients:
- Flour
- Oil
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Tomato
- Onion
- Green pepper
- Salt
- Red Pepper
Now I will share with all of you step by step procedure that you can easily try at home
First of all take a gram flour in a separate pot. And then add water in this gram flour in the same way that we use water in simple flour. After this you have to make Pakoriyan with your own hands
After that you have to take a separate pot on the flame and put oil in this pot. And then you have to add Pakoriayn that we made with gram flour
And when it fried then you have to take out. After that you have to add onion in the oil
Then you have to add salt, pepper , garlic, ginger etc. And then gave time almost 5 to 7 minutes But remember that shaking the spoon
And now you have to add the fried Pakoriyan in it
And then you have to coriander. With coriander it looks so yummy
Now you can see final Look that is amazing
