Hello steemians and great women of the this community, I great you and also for creating this community for us to see how women are being helped in our various communities.
I'm here to also share some of the achievement my my outfit have done so far to help improve the life of some women in the district.
I believe a nation development depends on the developmental pattern of women. There is this adage that goes like this. When you educate a man, you educate an individual,but when you educate a woman, you educate a whole nation. This tells us how women play an important role in shaping of every nation. So when you look down upon women ,, you down on your nation.
We seen most women in informal sector,, some in apprenticeship, but the sad news is that when complete with their apprenticeship,, what next.. some don't have any start-up to start a business of their and this has deferred many people from learning a trade.
and upon seeing this among, We introduced NVTI exams, so at the end of trade, you will have a certificate depicting how well you've trained like being in a formal education.

We presented them with a start-up kit. Here are some of the items presented

- Hairdressing materials, dryers, comb towels etc
- Dressmaking materials, sewing machines, fabrics etc

We doing this just to improve the lives of our dear women in our district.
I believe when we all keep doing stuff like, the standard of living of our dear women will improve.
