Dessert for Ramadan Iftar, KÜNEFE 😋 😋

I used for the ingredients :
200 g dough threads
100 grams of butter
2 tsp syrup
250 grams of mozzarella.

For the syrup:
Boil 150 g sugar + 150 ml water + juice of one lemon for 10 minutes.
let cool down.

The noodles are cut into small pieces and kneaded with the butter.

Press the noodles firmly into the mold, distribute the mozzarella slices on top, then place the remaining noodles on top and press firmly.

Bake for 10 minutes until the surface turns golden brown.
Then pour the sugar syrup over the hot kunefe.
