Today I thought about sharing this recipe with you because I have had a lot of good experiences with this recipe.
the ingredients of this recipe : dry figs, garlic and olive oil.

the 3 ingredients are so important for our health.
Dry figs help us prevent and deliver the infections
1 vitamins such as :
provitamin A
B complex vitamins.
Vitamins C
2 minerals such as :
Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron and Phosphorus.
3-antioxidants
4-fiber

Garlic is always and everywhere referred to as a natural antibiotic anyway.
People who have low blood pressure should rather refrain from garlic because garlic can lower blood pressure.
A lot of people don't like the smell of garlic, but with this recipe you don't taste the garlic that much, and you don't smell it afterwards.

Olive oil, we call it liquid gold, because it is very healthy for the outside, like the skin and hair, as well as for the inside, like the organs and cells.

I have 1 kilo of dry figs with 250 g of red garlic, in a steamer. In this pot we put wasswe in the lower pot, and garlic and the dry figs in the upper pot.
Thus, the two ingredients can be steamed for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, let everything cool for 15 minutes.
then peel the garlic.

After that, divide the steamed cooked ingredients into 2 partition. a portion
pour into a sterilized bottle and add olive oil to it.

The second portion : grind the figs with garlic, then we add olive oil to the mixture and mix them well together.

and so we have 2 variants of it. I prepared 2 variants because my children love the second variant because they don't see the garlic inside 😀 and they don't taste it very much.

I like to prepare this recipe from autumn onwards, because cold and flu usually start in the cold season.
I'm trying to boost our immune system with this recipe. until now we are still protected.
My grandparents used to make this recipe for the cold and flu without going to the doctor and thankfully they passed it on to us.
