Today I want to tell you about a pleasant Sunday morning :)
This morning I made puff puff mini flatbread for breakfast.
It was so delicious that I recommend it to all of you, as well as practical.
Yes, friends, let me tell you my recipe with few ingredients.

A bowl of yogurt
A glass of warm water
A teaspoon of salt
A pack of baking powder
Four cups of flour

Take yoghurt, warm water and salt in a suitable bowl and mix well.

Then add some of the flour and baking powder and mix again.

Let's flour our counter and take our dough on the counter and knead it here a few times and collect it.

Then let's roll it and divide it into 12 parts evenly and turn it into a meringue by rolling it with our hands.

Let's take the meringues we prepared into a lightly floured plate, stretch them and let them rest for 15 minutes.
After our meringues have rested, let's take one of them on the floured counter and expand it by pressing it with our hands. Let's apply the same process to our other meringues.

Let's put the dough we have prepared in our Teflon pan, which we take on the stove and heat.
When our dough rises and the bottom is browned, let's turn it over and continue cooking.

Yes, they're finally ready for breakfast. 😋
