I wanted to share a theory from my work on the sociology of technology. I'm sure many women developers have thought about this theory from time to time on this blockchain-based platform. Let's invite everyone to think once again about the patriarchal construction of the crypto ecosystem and the balance of power.
Cryptofeminism is a concept study through one of the new technologies_ blockchain technology, in the vertical of rethinking gender in the context of technology, which is one of my studies on the sociology of technology. The concept of cryptofeminism, which I included in an academic paper presented at the International World Women's Congress (India) and which was added to the academic literature for the first time by me, seeks an answer to the question of 'what new emerging technologies adds in terms of gender and inequalities'. Blockchain technology and related products (the Steemit application you are currently using, crypto assets, etc.) open up an important area in the search for answers to this question with its inclusive vision and anonymous identity management feature.
