Where Sundays are widely used to relax, take a vacation and rest after work or from all busy activities.
Usually on Sunday mornings, after the dawn prayer, I sleep again or laze around in the room. But this morning I was diligently wanting to make green bean porridge, incidentally there was still sweet corn left in the refrigerator. so I will process it and of course on this occasion I want to share the recipe for sweet corn green bean porridge.
Materials needed
- 250 gr green beans, soak overnight until fluffy
- 250 gr glutinous rice, soak overnight until fluffy
- 2 sweetcorns
- 1000 ml coconut milk (from 1 coconut)
- 3 pandan leaves, conclude
- enough water to boil the green beans
- granulated sugar (depending on how sweet it is)
- 1 teaspoon salt (to make it savory)
How to make
- Boil the green beans and glutinous rice that have been soaked overnight with water, then add the pandan leaves.
Boil until the green beans bloom and the cooking water runs out (a little dry) - Enter the corn that has been combed (stir)
- then enter the coconut milk, add sugar and salt, cook while continuing to stir so that the coconut milk does not break until cooked and boils.
