People sometimes see healthy eating as preparing mixtures with very interesting, different recipes, foods that are not at home. In fact, to eat healthily, you need not very interesting recipes, but vegetables, quality carbohydrate sources and proteins that you can find in your home. Zucchini is one of them. As an expert, I advise you not to overestimate healthy eating. And, of course, for those who want to make changes, I recommend making spaghetti instead of a regular pumpkin dish. And of course, there's always a solution for those who want to make changes:)

One of the most preferred vegetables when dieting is zucchini. For those who don't like vegetables, I'd like to give you a recipe that I think is a nice alternative. I did it with spaghetti peeler but you can also do it with the help of a regular knife or peeler. It's not the shape that counts, it's the fact that each one is cut evenly. Ingredients:
1 oversized zucchini
1 small tomato
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon olive oil
Spices
yogurt

Construction:

Turn the squash into spaghetti with the help of peeling. Toss in boiling water and boil for 4 minutes. On the one hand, grate the tomato and cook over a low heat with olive oil, then add spices and a little water and turn into sauce. You can also add tomato paste if you wish. Add the yoghurt and sauce to the cooked spaghetti , ready to eat. Enjoy your meal

It's not too soft on scalding for 4 minutes, but I thought it was nice. If you still want it to cook better, boil it for 6 minutes. If the boiling water was enough to get over the zucchini, not too much.
