Hola beautiful Steem women. Happy weekend, happy easter in advance and hope you're doing great. For today's recipe we will be making "ERU". Here in Cameroon it is the traditional dish of the Bayangi people but it's loved and enjoyed by soooo many.

Ingredients
Eru=2.5steem(500frs)
Waterleaf=1steem(200frs)
Canda=2.5steem(500frs)
Dry fish=2.5steem(500frs)
Half liter of Palm oil=2steem(400frs)
Crayfish=1.5steem(300frs)
Pepper=0.5steem(100frs)

So i bought things for a total of 12.5steem which is 2500frs. So now that we have our ingredients, let's begin!!!

So first you want to wash your canda, slice it to the sizes you want then slice some onion into it put on fire and boil till it's ready.

Now that it's on fire. Fix your fish, wash it and keep aside.

Next, arrange your water leaf(take out flowers, cut the hard stems), wash it clean and slice. After slicing, put in the pot you'll be cooking in and put on fire.

Don't forget your canda on fire😊, if it's ready take it out and keep. Now was just stir your waterleaf till its a bit soft or cooked. Don't over do it please.

Now wash your eru in enough water, then add to the waterleaf and stir.

You can now add your canda and the fish. Then mix together. Next add your palm oil and stir.

Here you'll be adding maggi, salt and pepper to taste. I don't like pepper so i didn't put much.

Last thing to add is your crayfish. So pick out any dirt, pound it and add to your pot. Stir and your eru is ready to be served.
