Hello great Women!

Good morning to you all women of this great and united Community, I'm happy to be here and so excited to participate in this contest traditional food,at the same time I'm grateful to the person who sponsor it @cryptokraze welldone, and I will not forget the admin of this great community thanks a million.

I'm a native of Akwa Ibom in Nigeria, and belong to Ibibio tribe. One of the best traditional food in my tribe is Oto Mboro (Banana porridge)

MY BEST TRADITIONAL FOOD

My best traditional food is Oto mboro (Banana porridge)

Oto mboro is one of the traditional food I love to eat because it's very nutritious, it's one of the traditional food we cook during marriage ceremony and serve to the In-laws. Every Woman from my place knows how to cook it,an can be eaten as breakfast lunch and dinner.

WHO CAN EAT OTO MBORO

• Men

• Women

• Babies from six months of age can eat as a supplementary feed

• Aged

• Somebody that put to birth

• Women that is in fattening room

INGREDIENTS

• Unripe banana

• Fish

• Grayfish

• Maggi

• Perper

• Onion

• Vergetable

• Perewinkle

• Salt

• Oil

BENEFITS OF OTO MBORO

• It is rich in vitamins

• It contains Potassium

• It prevents constipation

• It helps in digestion

• It's highly proteinous

• It helps in reduction of weight

HOW TO PREPARE

First of all you pill your banana and wash with clean water.

Then grate it with grater

Put water in the pot, put all the ingredients and cook for forty-five minutes then cut the grated banana small small put and cover the pot cook for twenty minutes.

Wash your vergetable and slice

Slice Vergetable

After put the slice vergetable and mixed ,off the fire so that the vegetable will still be fresh. Wow the Oto mboro is ready.

I never knew one can still use unripe banana to cook this I only know of water yam I try it oneday
