sometimes jengkol is less attractive to some people because of its quite smelly and pungent aroma. Whereas jengkol contains many nutrients such as protein, vitamin C, calcium, and phosphorus which are good for health.
and I will share tips so that the pungent smell of jengkol can be overcome.
First of all, clean the jengkol first and then boil the jengkol using black coffee and bay leaves so that the smell of jengkol can be lost. After the jengkol is boiled, then we geuprek so that the seasoning can seep into the jengkol meat.

then blend all ingredients. after all the ingredients are blended then provide coconut milk, then curry leaves and red onions.

After that, heat the oil and fry the curry leaves and onion. then add the spices that have been in the blender, stir-fry until the smell comes out. then add coconut milk and jengkol. then cook until the food is really cooked.

and here is the result. The jengkol is delicious because the bitter and the smell has disappeared. and can be seduced anyone who sees it and smells nyan. because the pungent smell is gone.
