INGREDIENTS

  • Baby octopus 1kg
  • onions 50g
  • ginger 5g
  • garlic 5g
  • green chills 10g
  • tomato 20g
  • bell paper
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon
  • red chill powder 2 tea spoon
  • masala powder 2 tea spoon
  • paper
    *curry leaves
  • cinnamon strike
  • coriander leaves

STEP 01

  • First take a Pan and add 100ml of water to it, add some peppercorns, some curry leaves and some octopus and boil till it becomes soft.
  • If you take a frozen octopus, leave it until the ice is gone.

  • Do not add too much water to boil this, as a large amount of water will leak out of the octopus during boiling.
  • It also does not require the use of salt .This octopus contains the required amount of salt.

STEP 02

  • Once it is well softened, take another pan and add some cooking oil when it is well heated.
  • Add onion, ginger and garlic and fry well till golden brown.

  • Then add the boiled octopus and add the masala powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, green chills, cinnamon and tomato.
  • I did not add coconut milk to this, but you can add ccoconut milk if you like.

Wipe it on low heat for about 15min. Then add the slice of bell papers .

  • After 2 min, add the coriander leaves and remove from the stove.
