Hopefully you all will be doing great and enjoying your days with your families. I am also good by the grace of ALLAH ALMIGHTY.
Its @iqraa100 from #pakistan once again with you all friends to take part in Daily Dynamics. As today is Saturday and today's topic is "Food and Drinks" so I am here again with a very yummy and delicious recipe. Today I will share recipe of my Favourite "Mac and Cheese" with you all. This is a very delicious and yummy recipe as well as healthy and when prepared by yourself its is 100% hygienic as well. I am not a professional chef but I always try my best to prepare good dishes and present in a very good way to my friends and thanks to you all and @steemwomensclub to support and appreciate me which increases my confidence level to share more and more good.
Now coming towards the recipe it has three main steps which are :
1- preparing white sauce
2- preparing chicken
3- making of mac and cheese
For step 1 "PREPARING WHITE SAUCE"
INGREDIENTS
- Butter 100 grams
- 1 cup milk
- 2-3 tbsp all purpose flour (Maida)
METHOD
Step1
Put butter in a pan and make it melt. When it is completely melt add all purpose flour and saute is till it is completely mixed with butter.
Step2
After that put 1 cup of milk in that and keep stiring it till no chunks of flour is left and stir it till a white thick sauce is formed. When it is formed a type if sauce turn off the stove, as white sauce is ready. Keep it a side.
Step 2 "Preparing Chicken"
INGREDIENTS
- oil 3-4 tbsp
- Boneless chicken 250 grams (cut in cubes)
- Salt as per taste
- Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp crushed Garlic
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 2 tbsp Arrabiatta sauce
METHOD
Step1
Put 3-4 tbsp oil in a pan and add onions, saute till it changes colour slightly after that add chicken and crushed garlic and saute till no smell of chicken and garlic remains and chicken turns into white colour.
Step 2
When chicken has changed its colour add salt and red chilli flakes, then add tomatoes and cook on low flame till chicken is properly cooked and tomatoes are soft and become in form of gravy.
Step 3
Add Arrabiatta sauce and mix it till water of chicken gets dry. Now put it a side.
Last Step "Formation of Mac and Cheese"
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup grated cheese
- boiled macaroni 250 grams
METHOD
Step 1
Now in chicken add boiled macaroni and 3-4 tbsp of white sauce you have already prepared. Mix it well till everything gets combined and mixed properly.
Step 2
Dish out chicken and macroni stuff in a dish and spread cheese over that. Put it in baking oven and bake only till cheese is properly melted.
Now it is ready to serve and eat. Enjoy it with your families and guests. It is most favourite dish of little children as well as love for elders. It is healthy as well as delicious. I must say yout whole family will love it! Its finger licking recipe for me and my family. Hope you will like.
