Ingredients.
*One medium size Potato.
*Two medium size Onions.
*Curry leaves.
*1/2 table spoon of Salt
*4 table spoons of Chili flakes.
*1/3 table spoons of turmeric powder.
*1/2 table spoon of Maldive fish.
1.Cut potatos and onions into slices.
2.Add coconut oil into the pan.
3.Add potatos, onions and curry leaves into the pan after oil became heat enough.
4.Now add 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 4 table spoons of chili flakes and 1/3 teas spoon of turmeric powder.
5.Mix well.
6.Serve the curry when it is fried enough and enjoy.
Don't forrget to add Maldive fish as well while adding spices. I couldn't because there weren't any in my house. But Maldive fish gives a better taste to the curry.

Your recipe is excellent, I had never seen curry leaves, in my country they are only seen in powder. I will have to test how they are with the curry powder and then I will tell you, thanks for sharing the recipe
