Hello beautiful women how are you hope all are good and doing well.
Here in pakistan this is the month of Ramadan. In this month we make different kinds of foods.
Today i am going to share how i made pakistani traditional fritters (pakory) for the first time i made this food :p and its a very simple and delicious food.
So let's start with it.......
Requirements:
- Onion
- Potatoe
- Chilli
- Coriander green leaves or seeds
- Gram flour
- Salt
- Other pungent spices if you want to add.
Step 1: Make small pieces of onion, potato, chilli and coriander.
Step 2: Add these pieces to gram flour mix it well and then put salt and other spices of your choice.
Step 3: Keep this mixed flour in fridge for 1 hour. Then warm up cooking oil and then put small fritters in it.
Here your delicious fritters are ready.
