Yey! Thank God, we just did it. We just finished this school year with a blast even lots of struggle we were facing brought by the pandemic. We had limited face-to-face classes due to some restrictions. So, as a school year ender, our School Admin let us unwind and bond for a day before we take our vacation break.

And we call it "4-in-1 Celebration" with a theme "TEAM UP, STEP UP!", credit to one of our Accounting Personnel who gave us an idea on this team.

It was a 4-in-1 Celebration because aside from "Team Building" we also had a short program for the following activities:

Bienvenida is a celebration wherein we welcome our new principal. Despidida is our way of saying goodluck to our former principal who was promoted as the District 4 PSDS. PSDS is the head of each school heads of the certain district.

We chose last month the sets of Officers from the President down to the PRO, and today they had made their Oath. I am praying that change is coming in our school as they start their position.

We had 2 latest retirees and we gave credit to the efforts they shown to our school. We also showed to them that we are indeed so grateful for having them in our institution. They are a precious gem to our school. But they had just made their decision to retire, so we heartly respect it.

The male teachers, let them dance on the floor and tears roll over their faces as their closest friends gave their message after the dance.

And the last part was the team building. But before we started it, we had our sumptous lunch first.

After eating, the organizer which is the AP Department let us prepare a Cheer by department.

After the presentation, the team building started. And the organizer were preparing games for the staff with prizes and a raffle of course.

The Team Building's Purpose is "to foster awareness of the Team Spirit, to reinforce commitment to the team's shared goals, to increase communication, learn new strengths, and gain insights with the team."

After the game, we let our newest elected president had his speech. Afterwards, our newest principal declared "swimming time" to everyone.

By the way I am with @abby0207, @fabio2614, @bisayakalog and @rosevillariasa but abby, fabio and I didn't go swimming, instead we just enjoy the view.

To sum up, the resort is so cool and is so perfect of this activity. Our 1,000php (83steem)entrance fee plus free lunch is worth it.
