Hello beautiful ladies of steem women club; First of all, how are you, I hope you don't have a problem.

My father-in-law is a butcher and his food is amazing. And I want to share with you the chicken schnitzel he made. Try it yourself, you will never regret it.
We make chicken wings and breasts. We make cuts on the wings with the help of a knife. We cut the breasts into two large pieces as thick as a bird's finger.Then we prepare a sauce. For the sauce, 3 eggs, salt, chili pepper (it will be less), half a tea glass of vinegar (to smell the chicken), juice of 2 lemons (for flavor).We whisk all the ingredients except the egg with the help of a rondo. After beating, we put it into the egg and mix it with a mixer.We throw all the chickens into the sauce and wait for 5 minutes.

We put the breadcrumbs on another tray. We find the chickens one by one in the breadcrumbs.

We put the oil on the stove. After the oil is burned, we cook the chickens for 2-3 minutes on high heat and then on medium heat until golden brown.

We take the cooked chicken on a serving plate and eat it with pleasure.
