STUFFED FRESH PEPPER

Hello beautiful women of Steem Women Club community;

For some reason, I woke up early this morning and couldn't go to bed. I drank my morning coffee.

I woke my daughter up to go to the classroom. Actually, I didn't want to wake her up because she studied and slept late, but unfortunately she had to go to the classroom. I woke her up.I prepared something for breakfast so that my daughter would not go hungry to Hilal. She ate her breakfast and left the house to go to the classroom.

Then, before the twins wake up, I thought I'd start cleaning from one end. I did as much as I could. And then the babies woke up. I fed them breakfast.

My daughter loves crescents stuffed with fresh peppers. Let me tell you, do it every day and eat it every day. She wanted fresh stuffed peppers for dinner. There was no pepper at home.

In the meantime, my mother came to us to take care of the babies. After coming from the market, the babies were asleep. While they were sleeping, I immediately started cooking while my mother was with us.

Let me share the materials with you right away:

  • Fresh green pepper
    -1 cup of olive oil
    -1 onion
    -10 cloves of garlic
    -2 tablespoons of tomato paste
    -3 cups of stuffed rice
    -2 teaspoons of salt and lemon salt
    -2 teaspoons of black pepper

We start by carving our fresh bell peppers to make the stuffing.We remove the heads of our peppers by pressing them inside.

After removing the heads of all our peppers and preparing them, we keep them aside. We chop the onion and garlic into small pieces.

After chopping the onion and garlic, we wash our rice.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.

After the mixing process is finished, we fill our peppers with the mixture we prepared and arrange them in a large pot.

After filling the peppers and placing them in the cauldron, we put the stuffing stone on it, add salt and sour and put it in such a way that it covers the water, and then put it on the stove. After boiling, we bring the bottom of the stove to half and cook it for 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

Our stuffing is ready. It will be an incredibly nice dinner for my daughter.
